Orders
Purchases, pricing, and availability
Product descriptions, specifications, and pricing may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct errors (including pricing or listing mistakes) even after an order is submitted.
For custom scientific glasswork, quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing and lead times may change after design review, measurement confirmation, and material availability.
Custom glasswork terms
Custom work may require drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and intended use details. You are responsible for approving designs before fabrication. Once production begins, changes may affect cost and schedule. Unless otherwise stated in writing, custom items are non-returnable.
Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss
Shipping timelines are estimates. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon carrier pickup unless otherwise required by law. Please inspect shipments promptly and report damage or shortages according to the instructions on our Shipping & Returns page.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility depends on item type and condition. Some items (including custom glasswork) may be non-returnable. See our Shipping & Returns page for details, timelines, and required documentation.
Use, safety, and compliance
Lab equipment and glassware must be used by trained personnel and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards. You are responsible for verifying suitability for your application, including compatibility with chemicals, temperature/pressure limits, and regulatory requirements.
