How we ship

We pack lab equipment and glassware for safe transit and provide tracking as soon as your order leaves our shop.

Processing time

In-stock items typically ship within 1โ€“3 business days. Custom glasswork and repair orders ship after approval and completion.


Shipping methods

We ship via major carriers. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on destination and package size.


Packaging standards

Fragile items are cushioned and double-boxed when needed. Custom pieces may ship in fitted foam or protective inserts for added stability.


Tracking & delivery

Youโ€™ll receive a tracking email when your order ships. Please inspect packages on arrival and document any visible damage before opening.

Returns & exchanges

If something isnโ€™t right, weโ€™ll help you resolve it quickly.

Standard items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging (some exclusions apply).
Custom glasswork & repair services: Custom-made items and completed repairs are generally final sale, but weโ€™ll work with you if thereโ€™s a workmanship issue.
Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist with a replacement or claim.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Some carriers can deliver to PO boxes, but many lab items require a street address. If checkout wonโ€™t accept a PO box, use a physical address.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasnโ€™t shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Contact us right away with your order number and the correct address.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Please take photos of the outer box, packing materials, and item, then contact us within 48 hours. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Are returns free?

Return shipping is typically the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5โ€“10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

Do you accept returns on custom glasswork?

Because custom pieces are made to specification, theyโ€™re generally final sale. If thereโ€™s a workmanship concern, contact us and weโ€™ll make it right.
